Your details, plainly

What we collect

Only what you put in the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, the property's address, what you'd like lit, your timing and any notes. We use it to prepare your quote and to contact you about it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for 18 months, then they're deleted automatically. Our database also keeps backups for up to 35 days, so a request you've asked us to delete can remain in a backup for up to 35 days before it's gone for good.

Who handles it

Your request is stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States, and our emails are sent through Amazon's email service, from our own address at fountaincitylightsga.com. A copy of each request goes to our own inbox so we can reply. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools. We only count how many quote requests we get.

Spam protection

To stop automated spam we keep a short-lived, scrambled code made from your internet address and email address. It can't be turned back into either one, and it's deleted within a day.

Your choices

To see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, email hello@fountaincitylightsga.com. We'll reply within one business day and confirm when it's done.
