One price covers the design, our lights, installation, care through the season, takedown and storage. You don't buy, climb or store anything.

What you get

Design consultation
A walk around the property, or a look at your photos, then a written design and price. Free, with no obligation.
Our lights
Commercial-grade LED strands, clips and timers. They're ours, so there's nothing to buy and nothing to store.
Installation
On the date you confirm, by a careful crew. No nails or staples, and ladders and gutters protected.
In-season care
Report a dark strand or a fault and it's fixed within 24 hours, at no charge, all season.
Takedown
Everything comes down by 15 January, or on a date you choose.
Storage
We store your setup, and you're first in line to book next season.

September and October
Request a quote and book your design consultation. Earlier dates fill first.
November
We install on your confirmed date, test everything and set the timers.
Thanksgiving to New Year
We keep it shining. One person answers your messages within two business hours.
By 15 January
We take it all down, check it and store it until next year.

One point of contact: One named person looks after your account from the first call to takedown.
Fast replies: From 1 October to 15 January, every message is answered within two business hours.
A confirmed install date: You pick the window and we confirm the day. If weather moves it, we tell you first.
Fixed within 24 hours: Outages are fixed within 24 hours of you telling us, at no charge.
Property care: Gutters, shingles and plants are protected. If we damage anything, we repair or replace it.
Right the first time: Not happy with how it looks? We adjust it free of charge within the first week.

Rooflines, trees, shrubs and hedges, walkways and driveways, wreaths and garland. We design around the house, its lines and its landscaping.

Storefronts, offices, churches and HOA entrances. We can work around opening hours and send one invoice for several sites.
